Refund Policy
Version 2026-08-27 · in force from 2026-08-27
One edit costs $1.99. If we take your money and your edit does not go live, you get your money back. That is the whole idea; the detail below explains exactly when it happens.
Automatic refunds
These are issued by the system without you having to ask. You do not need to contact support, though you are welcome to.
- Your payment completed but your edit never entered the queue.
- The system failed to apply your edit.
- You were charged twice for the same edit.
- A technical error meant your edit produced no visible change (for example, another paid edit set the same value first).
- Your edit was blocked by moderation after payment and before it was published.
- Anything on our side prevented delivery, including a pause, an outage or a safe-state restore.
Automatic refunds are issued through Dodo Payments, our merchant of record, and go back to the original payment method. Any tax you were charged is refunded with it. Your bank decides how long it takes to appear, typically five to ten business days.
When a refund is not automatic
If your edit was applied as configured, the service you bought was delivered. A later edit by someone else changing the same part of the site is the product working as described and disclosed before purchase, not a failure of delivery.
If you knowingly submitted content prohibited by the Community Guidelines and it was removed after publication, refunds are handled under this policy and applicable consumer law rather than automatically.
Your statutory rights
This policy does not remove any right you have under consumer law that cannot be waived, and those rights differ depending on where you live. Where a statutory right of withdrawal applies to digital services, we ask before payment for your express request for immediate performance and your acknowledgement of what that means, and we record both with your purchase.
If you believe you are entitled to a refund that the system did not issue, write to jafar.najafov@gmail.com with your edit number or the email on your receipt. We will look at the delivery record for that purchase and respond.
Chargebacks
If something went wrong, contacting us is faster than a chargeback and we will resolve it. If a dispute is opened, we respond with the delivery record for that purchase: what was bought, what was disclosed before payment, what you agreed to, when payment completed, when the edit was applied, and the public URL where the edit record can still be seen.
